As truebeliever mentioned a few days ago, ezboards aka yuku has screwed up. They have stripped all Word and Works documents with quotation characters (and foreign accented characters) from the posts. This, I assume was a glitch and how they didn't catch this before they went live with this new 'yuku' I have no idea. Seems like it would be noticeable in testing phase.

The special features have been restored, including custom emoticons. There are many more than show up in little posting window, just hit "Complete List" to see them. About 95% of them remain. It took a bit of work to put them back on as they were all lost.

As some of the regular visitors have noticed, we've had several posts recently from non ezboard members who are posting advertisements here inappropriately. I have deleted them as they have come in, but it's getting to the point that it's annoying... so for the time being (and perhaps permanently), I am no longer allowing people who are not ezboard members to post on this forum. I really hate to do this, but nothing else I've tried to block the ads has worked.

As some of you will notice soon (if you haven't already), the custom emoticons and posticons aren't showing up in the old posts. It seems once the page is posted, it keeps the old address for the image. If this drives you crazy on your old posts, you can 'edit' them.. You don't have to change anything in the body of the post, just click edit.

Some of the older/infrequently used emoticons are gone, but 90% are still there!
